Bach is situated just off the A5, over 1000 feet up to 1750 feet in the Hiraethog
Hills. The farm is 154Ha plus a 141Ha of common grazing rights and a further
three detached pieces of land amounting to 54Ha.
The Cattle enterprise consists of 100 Suckler Cows plus followers. We are now in our seventh year of breeding Stabiliser Cattle. We usually have Cows, Heifers and Bulls for sale. They are recorded with Signet.
The Sheep enterprise consists of 1500 Ewes. They are M.V.Accredited and are Members of the N.S.P., Sire Reference Scheme and Llywio Lleyn Group also the farm is FAWL Farm Assured. Only ARR/ARR Rams have been used since 2001. All the Ewes lamb in late April and May.
Our Breeding and Culling Policy.
We have always used very correct rams of good quality. Since the N.S.P have started genotyping, were lucky that all our Stock Rams were Group 1. In Wales we have been able to genotype through the Welsh Ewe Genotype Scheme all ewe lambs since 2002 with most results coming back as Group 1 or 2..
Our Culling has been drastic, if there is a problem of any sort, they are culled into the fatstock market. Our policy is not to pass on these problems to other Breeders.

We also have Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast, a Luxury Three Bedroom Static for hire, Touring Caravan Site and a suitable site for Caravan Rallies.
