Lleyn Success at NSA Sheep 2010

The Lleyn Society stand was awarded 2 nd prize in the Breed stand competition,  judged by the Beavan family of BBC's Lambing Live.  Jim Beavan commented he  'was impressed with the Charollais x Lleyn lambs on display and the quality of information'. 

The picture shows the Beavan family presenting the prize card to Society Chairman Wallace McCurdie and Promotions Officer Heather Stoney.

It was also a successful day for interest, with one of the largest turnout of sheep farmers the event had ever seen, there was non-stop interest on the stand all day
