The Competition was judged by Wallace & Heather McCurdie Flock 930

The correct order was YBXA

Here are the judges reasons:

1st - Y - Excellent matched pair, well fleshed with good carriage.

2nd - B - Very smart upstanding and eye catching ewes

3rd - X - Very good example of the breed

4th - A - Didn't quite match as a pair so well but individually they are smart ewes

It was very hard to split the ewes as they were all very well presented and have good strong characteristics of the breed.

Tie break question - According to the EBLEX Breeding Structure of The British Sheep Industry 2012 Report.  How many Lleyn ewes were estimated to be mated in 2012, in Britain? = 474,000
